A: Our Graphics Designer created many of them from scratch and stored them in a library with other pre-made designs from various designers in the market for repurposing.

Q: I noticed that most of the designs I see on your site are pre-made. Do you create original designs at request?

A: Yes. We have made strategic partnerships to serve those looking for original designs on request. Custom designs cost more for obvious reasons but are still budget-friendly.

Q: Why not just go to a graphic design platform and create my own?

A: You could. In fact, many of the designs you’ll find on other websites were created by our very own Graphic Designer. Our ideal customers are those looking to avoid signing up for subscriptions, searching for more affordable alternatives, or simply lack the software or creative patience to design one of their own to their satisfaction.

Q: What are the Featured Designs you advertise?

A: Those are designs we pick out for sale. Many customers like what they see and only wish to alter the text. From time to time, we’ll offer some of our favorites at a discount.

Q: How does the process work?

A: If you’re buying a Design, simply click the Buy Button on the product’s page. Once the transaction is complete, we’ll contact you through email to ask a few questions about editing the colors, the text, and even the Mascot. We will then take that information and make all the desired alterations to the design.

Q: What about your other design services? (Logos, Overlays, Banners, Video Intros, and End Cards)

A: Select the product you want from our Design Shop and complete your purchase. You will then be directed to a form where you can leave a detailed message describing what you’re looking for in the Comment bar. (If you experience any issue during this, Contact Us at once.) We will contact you within a day to ask a few questions to verify your requests.

Q: What other services do your provide?

A: We also create marketing packages for Esports teams and brands at direct requests. We devise blueprints for promoting your brand, managing and leveraging social media, and nurturing industry contacts.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We use PayPal. If you don’t use PayPal, you can contact us to make other arrangements for payment.

A: 4-6 business days after payment is cleared.
