Q: Did you create the designs we see advertised?

A: Our Graphics Designer created many of them from scratch and stored them in a library with other pre-made designs from various designers in the market for repurposing.

Q: Do you create original designs at request?

A: At one time, we did. But it proved to be time-consuming and wasn’t cost-effective. We were forced to charge more than our customers were willing or able to pay. So, to make everyone’s life easier, we decided to go the pre-design route. We understand that many people would rather have a design created for them totally from scratch. And there are companies out there who offer those services. But we decided to aim for budget-friendliness and speed.

Q: Why not just go to a graphic design platform and create my own?

A: You could. In fact, many of the designs you’ll find on other websites were created by our very own Graphic Designer. Our ideal customers are those looking to avoid signing up for subscriptions, searching for more affordable alternatives to one-time payment options from those sites, or simply lack the software or creative patience to design one of their own to their satisfaction.

Q: What are the Featured Designs you advertise?

A: Those are designs we pick out for sale. Many customers like what they see and only wish to alter the text. From time to time, we’ll offer some of our favorites at a discount.

Q: How does the process work?

A: If you’re buying a Featured Design, simply click the Buy Button on the product’s page. Once the transaction is complete, we’ll contact you through email to ask a few questions about editing the colors, the text, and even the Mascot. We will then take that information and make all the desired alterations to the design.

Q: What about your other design services? (Logos, Overlays, Banners, Video Intros, and End Cards)

A: You will have to complete our Design Request form, select the Design type you want, leave a detailed message describing what you’re looking for in the Comment bar, and submit the form. We will contact you within a day to ask a few questions about theme, color, mascot and etc. Once we ascertain that this is a design we can put together, we’ll send you an invoice. When it is paid, we will get right to work.

Q: What other services do your provide?

A: We also create marketing packages for Esports teams and brands at direct requests. We devise blueprints for promoting your brand, managing and leveraging social media, and nurturing industry contacts.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We use PayPal. If you don’t use PayPal, you can contact us to make other arrangements for payment.

Q: When can I expect my design?

A: 4-6 business days after payment is cleared.

Q: How many revisions do I get?

A: You get unlimited revisions at no extra charge. But if you have a very particular design in mind that we cannot satisfy, we would suggest Fiverr as a great alternative.
